Before paying for a class, be sure to sign-up using the form listed under your preferred class on the Curriculum page.
Space is limited and spots fill up fast, but this website will be kept as up-to-date as possible. Signed applications and/or liability releases are required prior to any service. Copy of liability release and/or service agreement available upon request. Receipts available upon request. A refundable deposit is required from host-facilities and is due upon scheduling. Class fees are transferable but not refundable.
