Signed service contracts and/or liability releases are required prior to any service. Copy of liability release and/or service agreement available upon request. Receipts available upon request. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for off-property trips and special events and is due one week prior. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled lessons, trips, and special events. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in losing a pre-paid lesson or deposit. Weather-related cancellations must be rescheduled and will not be refunded. Board paid after the 5th of the month will accrue $20 a day in late fees.
