Services
Signed service contracts and/or liability releases are required prior to any service. Copy of liability release and/or service agreement available upon request. Receipts available upon request. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for off-property trips and special events and is due one week prior. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled lessons, trips, and special events. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in losing a pre-paid lesson or deposit. Weather-related cancellations must be rescheduled and will not be refunded. Board paid after the 5th of the month will accrue $20 a day in late fees.

Full Care Board
We are a full service barn. Cost includes hay, grain & shavings. We feed AM and PM and turn in and out. We clean stalls once daily. Horses are held for group vet and farrier appointments. Supplements, vet and farrier costs not included in board price. Full access to amenities. We do NOT offer partial or pasture board. Starting at $650/month. Inquire for details.

Private Riding Lessons
Lessons are 1 hour and include 30 minutes of ride time, time to groom, tack, untack, and bathe your horse. We welcome all experience levels, English or Western, ages 5+. Weight limits apply. We are no longer offering the traditional lesson package. Our lesson program is limited by our current number of lesson horses. Due to demand, we are offering a seasonal, tuition-based lesson program with a strict cancellation policy. Please click here to review our lesson & cancellation policy agreement.

Horses for Lease
Horses may be available for lease ONLY to the experienced rider or established lesson client. Leases are typically offered 1-3 days per week on an agreed upon schedule. This is great for the more experienced rider or seasoned lesson client looking for more freedom in their ride time. Leases depend on availability and are determined on a case-by-case basis. Starting at $200/month
Off-Property Trips
Offered to established clients ONLY. We do not offer trail rides to the general public, or inexperienced riders. We can trailer off-site to parks, trails, or even the beach. We can also arrange day trips or overnight camping at select locations. Prices vary depending on length of ride, travel time, etc. Starting at $100/person
Special Events
We have space available to lease for your private event. Additional insurance requirements apply, and prices vary. Please contact us to discuss your needs!
Photography
Want professional pictures for a special occasion? Senior pictures? Graduation pictures? Want pictures with your favorite lesson horse or pictures taken during your trip or special event? Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates for lesson packages only and can customize design of certificate depending on the occasion. Gift certificates are transferable but non-refundable.
